overly political on the truck show podcast we realize that to some listeners this episode may come

off as being partisan however every effort was made to have representatives from both sides of

the aisle on the show in my case we were unable to meet directly with any

Democrat congresspeople who only made their staffers available, and I was not able to do any

Democrat interviews during our brief visit to Washington, D.C. TSP does not feel that the topic

of today's show should be partisan. It is extremely relevant, and the outcome could have lasting

effects on our entire industry and country.

We would hope that the lawmakers could come together and it would be approached in a bipartisan

common sense manner. The Truck Show podcast does not believe one state should have the power to

dictate policy in other states that did not vote for a particular policy. And our stance on

EV mandates or any mandates that remove consumer choice and

raise prices is that a free market should decide based on the current state of technology,

real-world use cases, and the will of the people.

Government should not be putting its finger on the scale in choosing winners or losers

during this time of technological transition.

Like Seema, the Truck Show podcast takes a technology neutral position,

and we welcome all conversations about gas, diesel, hybrid, hydrogen, EV,

or any other interesting technologies that develop.
