Summary

Marie was stalked by a former friend she met in college. After graduation Marie moved home and while they stayed friends Marie was overwhelmed because her friend was manipulative and monopolized her time. Marie told her friend they needed a break and confided in some of her friends about the turmoil. Unbeknownst to Marie, her new friends started reaching out and harassing her former friend online. Marie intervened and apologized but the damage had been done. Weeks later Marie started getting anonymous texts telling her to kill herself and that her boyfriend was cheating on her.
