| 2:13.3 | What does that mean? |
| 2:16.9 | Well, certainly when you do asanas and yoga, it's all about relaxation. |
| 2:21.9 | You get your body into a position where there's a balance of stress and tension, and you relax into it. |
| 2:29.5 | And if you've ever done that, you feel an energy change. |
| 2:34.4 | You feel a chemical change. |
| 2:36.0 | It changes you to relax past the point that you naturally would go, that you naturally would exist. |
| 2:47.0 | Same thing happens with exercise of any sort, but specifically yoga because it sets up this balance |
