i'm really happy to be here well we are so glad that you're with us and we hope rachel that

you'll just tell us a little bit about yourself so maybe i'll tell my audience first of all that

this is part of i'm trying every now and then to just do a podcast to introduce them to more tools to find more light coming into their life, to get more out of the scriptures, more out of the gospel, have more light, more time for Christ, less time for worldly stuff, that kind of a thing. And I think Rachel is doing something wonderful on an Instagram account and probably other social media.

I'm not social media savvy. You'll have to tell us about that. But I met Rachel at a thing for LDS, like podcasters, online influencers and so on.

And once she showed me her Instagram account, now I follow up, man, it's just uplifting. It's just so idifying.
