Meet Sarah Edminson, author of Scarred, a fascinating book The New York Times called

My background is Canadian, from Vancouver, BC, and my parents are both in the mental health

field.

My mom is a therapist, my dad is a counselor.

I was raised with very strong and good values, I believe.

And education, which university pursued acting, and thought that becoming an actor would

be the way to have a voice and have an impact on the world.
