announcement before we get started. This Saturday, December 7th,

join the journey as partnering with Watermark's equipping team to host Training Day in preparation

for 2025 the year of the word. And so this training day is going to cover various topics on

how to read the Bible. And so if this is your first time reading the Bible in the

year or 40th time, you would benefit greatly from the teaching and breakout sessions that we'll

Hey, Lauren. How's it going? Hey, Jolani, happy to have you on. And before we jump into our passage,

would love for you to share a little more about what you do at Watermark. Yeah, so I get the great

opportunity to lead alongside Marvin Walker, who's our campus pastor.

My primary responsibility is I get to think operationally. I get to think strategically. And I get

the honor of being kind of staff lead and caring for our team, doing the one-on-ones,

and anything ministry related that comes up for our campus.

So getting to help think through how do we grow ministry well in an honoring way.
