Summary

Today, Emma Dotter is joined by faithful Watermark member, Ben Solomon, who serves with School Impact to reach students and parents of local schools. In Psalm 72, Solomon describes a just king, but how does that relate to our call as Christians today? Ben walks us through how Psalm 72 is a picture of God’s heart for children in poverty and how we as believers can respond. No matter our decisions on education, our conversations should reflect the love of Christ and his heart for children of every socioeconomic status.

0:39.1	rolling. But why is today a special day? Yeah. Today is a big day for me as a parent, for many
0:44.7	of you as a parent, because our kids have made it through another summer and they're heading
0:48.5	back to school today. Dallas ISD starting a day. A lot of schools around the Metroplex and
0:52.6	the state starting this week. So big
0:54.9	week in school, big week for families. I love it. And you serve in a specific ministry area, school
1:00.7	impact. Yeah. So I'm the lead there where we just get out into schools and love on them,
1:06.1	bring the love of God to parents and teachers and students here in our partner schools. It's super neat. We will put
