Summary

All throughout the Bible, we see God’s love and protection of His people even when they don’t deserve it. Today, Emma Dotter and faithful Watermark member Jamie Morrison discuss Psalm 48 and how we can experience God firsthand through Jesus, rest in the fact that God loves and protects His people, and learn from the big view of God that is presented at the end of this psalm.

0:22.7	Would you share a little bit about what God's done in your life and then what you're up to today?
0:26.4	Yeah, absolutely. Thanks for asking. So from the beginning, grew up in a family of five, so I have four sisters.
0:33.5	Four sisters. Shout out, all of you that have sisters.
0:37.3	The only guy in the family.
0:38.7	That's right.
0:39.3	That's right.
0:40.1	So it's me, me and pops.
0:41.9	Yeah.
0:43.5	But they're all my half-sisters.
0:45.6	So two are my moms, two are my dads.
0:47.9	And so really what I struggled with throughout life was identity.
0:51.9	So I was like, you know, my family's amazing.
0:53.9	My parents are awesome. My parents are
0:54.5	awesome. My sisters are amazing. It's just kind of hard to find a place for me in that, in that
