Summary

Just as He sees us where we are at, we can love others as well by seeing them as created in the image of God love them like Christ.

0:20.6	Hi, everybody. I'm glad to be here today and yeah, excited to dive in together.
0:25.1	I'm going to just acknowledge to all of the listeners that I called you Samantha and it felt
0:30.1	like the most foreign thing coming out of my mouth. So I'm going to call you Sam for the rest

0:36.6	Hey, you work at Watermark Health, Sam.
0:39.8	Would you share what you love the most about Watermark Health?
0:44.8	I love that we get to create a safe space for those that are in hard circumstances and that we get to do it all pointing to Jesus.
0:52.9	And so on a day-to-day basis or having people
0:55.7	walk through the doors that are in really heavy situations. And when they walk through the doors
1:01.3	and go, what is this place? Because it feels calm, it feels safe, it feels reassuring. The way that
1:06.5	we're going to interact with them is going to be calm and safe and reassuring that we're going to
1:10.4	do that all pointing to Jesus is just the greatest joy to get to do every day. I love it. And Sam,
1:17.7	what are some of the different volunteer capacities for people at the clinic? Yeah, we have medical
1:22.8	and non-medical volunteers. So we have everything from the front desk, which is going to help really be the host and the face.
1:30.5	When someone walks in that door and is scared and they think they're about to have a big bill, who's the person that's going to smile at them and say, welcome, I'm so glad you're here.
1:38.8	And by the way, this is a donation-based clinic. We have nurses that serve in a bunch of different spectrums, EMTs, paramedics.
