formerly out of the Duke Blue Devils currently playing with the

Philadelphia Wings and the Premier La Crosse League. We've got recurring guest Justin Gutterding on

the line. Guddy, how are we doing today, brother? What's going on? Pump to get going. Yeah,

or pumped to have you on here. I think everyone's going to be pumped to have you on here.

because depending on how you do this week,

you could just wally pip him out of that co-host spot.

Exactly.

But how you do you got uh you got

some some pretty good news this week as uh looks like you have been added to the active roster for the

wings uh for this upcoming week so i mean first off i just how how's everything been going for you

i mean uh you know jumping into the box game for

presumably the first time in your life and uh you know working with the wings so far this season

the boys got a huge first dub last week against the rochester night hawks so you know what's uh

what's the experience been like so far yeah it has been awesome playing box It is my first time confirmed playing box. You know, dabbled in it a little bit at Duke. We did a little bit of box, but nothing like, like, you know, like a real NLL experience. And I've had a blast so far. The guys on the team are absolutely awesome. You know, so I some calling beauties, but I stick to my American language.

But yeah, it's been really fun.
