Well, the top of the morning to you, you know, I typically begin the program by saying

we have a very special episode in store for you.

And today might be the most special I ever have, at least in what it means to me.

We're going into the archives today and we're going to share with you a one of a kind recording.

It's 13 years old and it's of my great friend and mentor, Zig Zigler.

In March of 2007, a few years before this recording, Zig had fallen down a flight to

Stairs and Practice School and really heard himself.

And he was never quite the same again.

It resulted in a very serious short-term memory loss.

And a few years after the accident, I realized, you know, time is getting short, I'd like

to get something recorded.

And so I flew with my camera crew to Dallas and we spent an entire day, we actually spent

12 hours with Zig.

And what I did was I had Zig sit in front of a screen watching clips of him in his prime.

Some of the funniest, most insightful, most wise stuff he ever had to share.

And then I had him comment on us as a seasoned all of that watching this and it was a magical

day.

It was a magical day.
