In November of 2021, D unfortunately has a run-in with Ben at her gym.

The police and K-9 unit were dispatched to find Ben, but he was able to evade them.

A month later, in December of 2021, there was a second attempt to arrest Ben

in Balthill, Washington. This is where he involves my daughter, Sydney, in a police chase,

where he once again is able to get away and catch a flight back to California. Only a few days later,

I receive a death threat via text message from Ben.

I filed a police report for an order violation of my domestic violence no contact order.

And although this happened in December of 2021, I just finally received a letter from the Snohomish County prosecuting attorney.

That is approximately two years ago from the date I filed the police report.

Now, this letter states that they would not pursue any charges against Ben for threatening

to kill me.

And by the end of the episode, Ben continues to spiral and his suicide threats get more and more disturbing.
