We're going to talk today on reflections on a good year.

Now, you might be saying, how do you know what kind of year I had?

It might have been a terrible year for me.

Well we began the year by defining what the Good Life is. We rebranded our podcast, It's

a Good Life podcast instead of the Brian Bafini show.

And we talked about the Good Life and that how the Good Life isn't always easy.

Sometimes there's suffering and difficulties and challenges along the way.

I've had that myself this year.

You know, in a lot of ways, you know, you talk about the Good Life.

It has been a good year, but a tough year.
