The night that I was sitting in the ER,

that's when I myself reached out to the Title IX director.

I said, I was assaulted on your campus on the Sunday, October 15th, and I would like to file some kind of complaint.

We finally found an attorney, and she encouraged us to go to the local court and try to file for some kind of protective order or restraining order.

Otherwise, I felt like he was going to keep chasing me down in the school or in the parking lot.

We had a meeting with the president of the college and the dean of students,

and we said, she called public safety and nobody answered.

I was so mad.

After the accusation was made and after we learned that there were other victims

that were reported to the school and he was still remaining on campus

and she still was running into him. At that point, we decided we
