The death of a child at a troubled teen camp is now considered a homicide. An autopsy report states that a 12-year-old boy who died less than 24 hours after arriving at the Lake Toxaway based camp died.

A former student at Red Rock Canyon School in St. George filed a $10 million lawsuit today.

She's accusing the now closed school, its parent company, and two former staff members of negligence,

failure to supervise, sexual assault, and more.
