It's just a busy time of year. In light of the impending holiday season, I think I'm filled with immense gratitude for the

ability to be here, for the ability to do the work that we do, and for the ability to be part of

this small but mighty team.

We're always working.

I mean, like, what's going on is just like work and seasons, incredible interviews and survivors and the event

and just an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I have a lot of exciting things behind the scenes going

on that I'll be able to announce in the new year. And my 41st birthday is coming up. So I feel

excited about that. I didn't really feel like celebrating my birthday last year when I turned

40 with the loss of my aunt. I think grief was my emotion that year. So this year is gratefulness,
