My name is Stacy and Alicia. We're back for part two of Phil

Hartman continuing our story from last Wednesday. This is most certainly Phil's third wife,

Bren Omdell, his career success and ultimately the tragic end of both Phil and Bryn.

It's a horrible story.

A little bit of a horrible story.

We always want you to protect your own trashy heart,

hence us splitting this particular Phil Hartman's story in two.

We left Phil last time, divorced from Lisa.

That was a quick marriage.

We saw a little bit of parallels between Lisa and Gretchen, first two marriages.

Let's move to Phil's third marriage to Bryn Omdell.

And finally, some career success for Phil Hartman.

It is in early 1985 that Phil is introduced to a tall,

statuesque, beautiful blonde named Bryn Omdell. Her real name had been Vicky Joe, but Brin decided to

change it when she moved from Minnesota to Los Angeles in order to sound a little bit more unique.

She wants a star's name and Vicky Joe isn't it? But Bryn, for her, is.

Brin's background, she came from a middle class family and was considered to be a great beauty

in her hometown.

Growing up, Bryn was told her whole life that she should be a model or go into show business.

And while Bryn was a very beautiful woman, she was a big fish in a very small pond growing up in her hometown. Yeah, up in Minnesota.

Bryn comes to, Los Angeles arrives and really has the wind knocked out of her sails to realize that everybody in Los Angeles is just as pretty as she is.
