Frank Girardot Jr. is an award winning journalist, author, victim advocate, and former radio host. His career launched as a copyboy at the Los Angeles Examiner and evolved into such high profile cases as the OJ Simpson Trial! Girardot's acclaimed biography "Becoming Clark Rockefeller" exposed serial imposter Christian Gerhartsreiter (aka Clark Rockefeller). A board member of Justice for Homicide Victims, he is the author of "Burned" and co-author with Burl Barer of "Betrayal in Blue" and "A Taste for Murder" with Burl Barer, blending meticulous reporting with compassionate advocacy.
Both men appear on today's program to talk about the murder of a Los Angeles school teacher in 2004 that set off a slew of events that has to be read to be believed! Everything from Gas tax scams, and Russian Mob Members to robberies, shootings and stabbings, drugs, informants, Federal cases and more were tied to this (what seemed to be a "little murder case" in LA!
