Summary
December 5, 2016 / On January 11, 2000, there were two highway shootings reported in Rome, and witnesses at both thought the culprit had been driving an old model Honda Accord. The suspect in the shooting on the Alabama Highway, though, was immediately ruled out as a suspect in Isaac’s murder. But why?
