Yes, welcome to Hip-Hop Save My Life Series 2. It's been a long time coming. Series 1 was what, over three years long.

This is Series 2 and I've just had an awful experience. I got on to, I got up, I put my tracksit on.

I got on to the spin bike in our house and I've had it for like two minutes and I've had this psychological block.

I just couldn't, it wasn't psychological, it was physical. I asked it to get off and I thought let me regroup.

Let me get myself to, they got back on it. Same thing happened again.

I think of like my laziness like evolved. It's like mutated into some new thing that I'm going to have to deal with.

I mean I did the hard part, I got on to the thing, I was really, I was good to go.

And then my brain and body just went, no, man, you're not doing this.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can you please let me know because I'm freaking out of it.
