When stuff happens to you, Cali, like what you're dealing with at the pharmacy, do you think it's just a bad business or do you think you just have a really unfortunate string of luck at that business?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. I've been with my pharmacy for years.

But not that location.

And I actually, when we lived further away, I used to actually come in town to go to that location because it's just where my stuff is and I feel comfortable with it and whatever.

And the past three times they have, well, first of all, they call me like obsessively as of recently, which I don't like.

And the past three times I've gone at a certain time because I've done the online refill thing and they say, okay, pick it up anytime after this time. And then I go and it's not ready sometimes by hours.

And I just am wondering like, maybe is there new pharmacy management or am I just having bad luck? Do I need to switch? I feel like a pharmacy is something that can't afford to be disorganized because you know what I mean?

It's like trust with your pharmacist is like the numero uno most important thing, you know, and it's like if they're disorganized about other stuff.

It's like eating at a dirty restaurant.

I might when stuff like that happens, I cannot assume because I'm dealing with something very similar, but it's not, it doesn't have to deal with health and drugs or anything.

It has to, it's just super superficial. It's trying to exchange something and I haven't been able to get the new item sent to me for months now.

Yeah.

I'm not the first line because I must have said something rude or something because I can't imagine they run their entire business that way because they would go to business.
