This morning I was out of the house for three hours and 20 minutes.

Non-stop taking care of business.

It felt great.

I took like three or four little things to goodwill that I had thrown in the back of my car.

I had to mail some merchandise to Port merchandise who handles all of our t-shirts and sales, you

know, wine glasses and sell all that stuff.

I had to mail some stuff to them so I boxed that up.

I sent that out.

I had to put air in one of my tires.

Lily needed some shots to care of it all.

It felt so great.

Jeff took one of my pocket podcasts and my advice was to take care of little one little thing

that irritates you every day just to get rid of micro anxieties and Jeff took it to like the 98s degree.

Because it's so great.
