Welcome back to an episode, new episode of the Jason Lee podcast.

I was in the gym today at 5.30 in the morning.

Oh, impressive.

And don't think I'm wearing this medium shirt because I want to show off any new muscles.

I have gained three pounds and I'm filling fat.

So I am wearing fitting clothing now because the baggy clothes

has allowed my weight to go.

I'm only 210, but still 210.

I mean, coming from 323 is still a big accomplishment.

But I feel the pounds.

I, you know, I'm happy to be thinner, but I'm feeling a little thick on the thick side today.

But it's also winter and we're hibernating.

Although I'm not hibernating with anybody.

I'm lonely.

It's just me holding my roles.

I'm happy with who I am.

I'm in love with my life and I'm in love with my body.

I have to say we have to start taking our health care shoes. We're talking about how I was sick and then my back went out and then I had this sinus

thing falling apart. But I woke up today at 5 o'clock, went to the gym at 530. I say God is good.

And there's something about getting up earlier. I know you're an early riser. He is up early early. I didn't used to be. Meditating and all this other stuff with

his washboard abs that he bought. But, you know, there is something about getting up early.
