I hope this episode finds you all safe and sane.

The world is still terrifying out there, and that takes its toll on one's mental health.

It brings to mind a saying that goes, be kinder than necessary because

everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. And while that's true all the time, you never

know what someone else is going through. It's a little unique right now because we're kind of all

fighting the same battle at the moment, which is the fucking coronavirus, and we're all

handling it in different ways, but just, you know, assume that the person that's standing

next to you in line from six feet away or taking your order with a mask on is also stressed.

They're also a human. their shitty attitude, or whatever you

think that you see, that might have nothing to do with you. And in fact, it probably doesn't.

You know, we see people the way that we want to see them. So you see someone that just seems not

that pleasant, has the whole resting bitch face, which

guilty over here. I have to remind myself to relax and smile so I don't look like I'm plotting

a murder at all times. You know, that's got nothing to do with you. It's very possible that I'm
