In our last episode, we mentioned The Passerby, which was a book written about the events of Brandy's death.

Names have been fictionalized, but the author insists that the information contained inside is true.

The author, a man named Thomas Ray Crowell,

investigated this case when he moved to the small town of Argus, where the murder occurred.

Because we are lacking in official reports, and so many people connected to this case have

since passed away, this book is our only source of those accounts. However, a lot of this

information would be considered hearsay,

and the author has been known to fictionalize details. In light of that, we would like to preface that

this resource is being used to build theories and open avenues of investigation for later.
