And this week's recession indicator is that Trump, you know, halt its net benefits and shut the federal, you know, the federal government shut down.

And now we have had to reduce airline flights by about 10% because the controllers are super stressed with everything that's happening.

So that is, you know, we can't afford to let people take a break because one of the reasons

that is also happening is because like that profession is like severely understaffed and overworked.

And it's such a high stress position and it's so intense that people aren't really allowed to take real breaks.

And even if they ever say they need a mental health break they're forced to continue

working um i mean they're forced to take a mental you can't say you have like a mental health

day in air traffic control because then you're you're called like unsuited to like um to

what's that word to like do your job essentially um because it's like
