Hi Sean. Hi Jack. You're right? I'm good. I'm good. I will warn you, I've not had my cold shower. Okay, yeah. You look a bit like Mildred this morning. I mean, you know, your hair all over the place. Why have you not had a cold shower? Did you get up late? I got up late. I've found it difficult to get... It's been one of those days. I found it difficult to get started. Well, it's only 9 o'clock. I mean, it can't be that. I'm just not awake. I'm just not... Okay. It takes me a couple of hours to get to... I don't know, six gear. I don't really know much about cars,

I am. With your beloved. How long have you been awake? Sorry, just. I actually woke up,

I woke up pretty early and, um, alarm or natural? No, I woke up, I tell you, because I i was doing some i was gigging last night and quite often

i'll wake up at 4.30 or something with it all going around in my head especially when i'm

just working up new stuff and um and so that's what happened with me uh i think i i drifted off

again and then i'm and then i got up yeah so you'll you'll feel good

I don't feel good but I'm up and I'm okay you know I wouldn't go as far as feeling good

have you been in your little water tank container do you mean swimming pool by that is that that what you mean? You call it that if you like.

Yeah. The, uh, yeah, the unlicensed fish farm I got in the back garden. Um, it's, I have, yeah,

I haven't been in today, but I will go in. I've been swimming every day in it. And, um, yeah,
