0:21.2	which you know I love. It's been so rainy this whole past I feel like since we started doing this podcast it's been rainier than ever which we need the water so I love it but it's a lot. I just found like a leak in my garage.

0:34.3	So I've got to get that fixed the second when the rain stops.

0:38.8	But I've decided my house needs like a full historic restoration.

0:50.2	It's another 1920's house, this's Spanish style and they started they did a

1:09.0	shipping delays and like supply chain issues or whatever, but it took four years and they're only just now finishing it.
