Very brave of you to join me today because I have had just as I do with all of my guests,

just a little snippet, a little overview

of your situation when it comes to being involved in an affair.

And I have to be completely honest with you, Penny.

This one made me spit my tea out.

Firstly, Penny, what made you want to come on and tell your story to me today?

Well, I've listened to all of your episodes and I've just felt that they're just brilliant. They're a great way to, I think it's a lot of your episodes and I've just felt that they're just brilliant.

They're a great way to, I think it's a lot of your people that have been on have said

it's a cathartic thing which I think it definitely will be.

But also I've always wanted the chance to maybe help somebody else that might be

going through this situation because it can be quite lonely and you can

sort of feel like no one else is going through it, no one wants to talk about it, you know,

it can be, yeah, it's a lonely place. So maybe it might also make someone else feel less alone,
