Hi everyone. Welcome to episode 18 of Seeking Witchcraft. As always, it's me, Ashley, and today I'm going to be talking all about your BOS, which is also known as your Book of Shadows. So I think the timing of this episode is actually pretty great. Right after I finished composing my notes for this, I actually

0:22.4

saw a bunch of people all of a sudden talking about this on random witchy Facebook groups that I'm

0:27.5

a part of. People were sharing what their BOS look like. People were talking about what do you

0:32.7

have in a BOS. People were asking what even is a BOS. So I was like, oh, wow, this is great because I am actually going to do a whole episode on that. So that's what we're going to be doing today.

So yeah, I mean, as I mentioned, it's really common to see people asking a lot about this. I mean, what is a BOS? You know, how do you even start one? You know, what should you have in it?

basic things about it. And I'm also going to have a pretty big list of things that you can consider to

1:11.6

include in your BOS. I'll get to that in a moment. But before I start, I just want to say thank you.

1:18.4

I had another monthly supporter on their own accord volunteer to support the podcast through my

1:26.8

anchor website. So thank you so much to Stephanie,

1:30.3

who signed up to do this. That was so incredibly kind of you. Yeah, thank you. It was very unexpected.

1:37.5

Unfortunately, my platform doesn't give me the contact information of the people who do support

1:42.7

the podcast. So Stephanie, if you're

1:45.1
