You know, I'm great. You are, I've been,

I've been podcasting all day and so, and I'm ready for this one because I got a bunch of

things that I don't understand that I need you to explain to me. And I, I feel like we're

going to have to start having like a standing segment about the interim U.S.

attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Lindsay Halligan, because she keeps doing the

weirdest stuff. She's the one who indicted James Comey and Letitia James. We are recording on

Friday and today Tish James pleaded not guilty in her arraignment in federal court.

The trial was scheduled for January 26th.

And if Halligan's prosecution of Letitia's James isn't bizarre enough, things with Halligan

got even weirder when Halligan started a signal conversation with Lawfare reporter Anna Bauer,

who I think we all follow closely.

Apparently, Halligan had issue.

She was mad at some of Bowers' tweets, which linked to New York Times coverage of the case.
