how our inner world shape our well-being, our relationships, and who we are.

So Michael studies the psychology of secrets and how keeping secrets affects

all of these variables that govern our social and organizational lives. Everybody keeps secrets.

So what we're talking about today is how we can raise our kids to have a healthy relationship

with their inner lives and how they can trust us as their confidence and also find healthy

other relationships as confidence. What's appropriate for us to model? What's appropriate for us to

share? We're unpacking the differences between secrets, lies, bragging, boover sharing, privacy,

all that good stuff in the hopes of really helping all of us understand how to have a healthier
