I think the first thing that we really want to keep in mind with feeding our kids in general

is perspective. So each meal feels like a really, really big deal. It feels like it's so

important you want to do it right. They need to eat, you know, it has to be healthy, and in reality

our kids are eating like a zillion times a day, you know, so many times a week that each

individual meal in the scheme of things just isn't that important. It doesn't matter that much.

Of course, over time we do want everything to, you know, generally be going well, but that each,

you know, that one meal, it's okay if it's not perfect, if it's not like you expected. So

I think keeping that in mind is really helpful for parents when we're in like kind of that stressful
