bunch of them in the show notes. I'm endlessly learning from him. I have the privilege of working with

0:55.2

him and you guys have the privilege of hearing from him about a topic that is so hard to talk about.

It's so hard to get experts to talk about because it's about punishment, consequences,

rebranding of timeouts, all the things that are kind of the end then what when it comes to your

child's behavior. And sometimes because we want to have a conversation that allows for space,

1:25.6

1:33.2

and for your individual circumstances and your cultural experiences and support systems,

1:39.8

it's hard to be prescriptive and hold true to that. And at the same time, it's hard to give answers

1:46.7

to questions about like, okay, but then what? And what if my child does this and what if this

1:51.9

isn't working? And so I want to really have that deep dive conversation with Dr. Sparrow because he

1:59.4

is so compassionate and thoughtful and knowledgeable and also understands that there's a practical

2:07.5

component to parenting that is important for us to talk about. So enjoy this episode. I hope
