Hello and welcome to Raising Good Humans. I'm Dr. Elizabeth Pressman and I have the coolest

Christmas guests for you today. The moms behind big little feelings. You just, if you haven't

This is a duo, a best friend duo. One is Kristen who has two toddlers and is a parenting

toddler expert and Dina who's a child therapist and parent coach and has a little newborn baby.

They are so practical and they're support and guidance. They also make sure to take

from the research. So it's awesome, palatable, manageable and so real. So I met them through Instagram

because they are just hilarious and cool and we just answered your questions that you sent me,

you know, about all things toddlers. So we got so many questions. We're going to have to do this

again. But for today, this episode is going to go through biting, hitting, timeouts, talking about

death, power struggles, bath time struggles, so many things we can all relate to. And I'm so excited
