Workplace stocking cases tend to be very difficult for a variety of reasons. Most of the time people don't want to complain to their supervisors because they don't want to start new issues.

And also when they complain, they may be deemed as the person who is the problem, not the actual stalker.

Most stocking victims are stocked by someone they know. So it makes sense that it would be somebody through the workplace.

You spend a lot of time together, you get to know each other, and obsession could easily form.

People don't want to be seen as a troublemaker or difficult or anything like that, even if they're a victim of harassment or even stalking from another coworker.

When Una was dealing with this, she didn't feel that this guy was a serious threat at first until he made the physical advance. Even afterwards, when he started texting her and she wouldn't get back to him.

And then she didn't really see it as a real problem until he decided that he was going to come by her house.

What Una found out through this whole ordeal was that there are actually no laws against stalking throughout Ireland.

There were certain things that Una was willing to let go in this situation, but as soon as he involved her daughter, that's when she realized she would stop it, nothing to make sure this guy got behind bars.

The second letter was again to set hello neighbor and it was like very disappointing effort by you.

We're going to have sex and I've listed your two options. One, you're going to have sex by consent. I will break in and rape both you and your daughter.

There's no point in contacting the guardian. This will happen.

And again, they came up and they had decided then there was detectors in and out kind of in between.

Before I got the second letter and after the second letter, they had decided that they were going to do a surveillance operation outside my house from midnight until 5am.

After leaving that job, he lured Una to his new workplace, locked her in a conference room, then pinned her arms down and tried to kiss her multiple times.

When she freed herself and told him to stop, he became angry because he felt they would make a good couple.

Una tried to pacify him by offering to stay in Chai over coffee and then asked him to let her go, which he did.

He began texting her the next day and when she didn't reply, he told her he was going to stop by her house.

She told him not to come and that he was not to contact her further.

After she reported him to the guardian, the Irish police, her car tires were spray-painted pink, her house window was spray-painted with black X's and O's and I win.

He was caught in her surveillance camera with a crowbar, rope, duct tape, a lock-picking device, and a condom-covered dildo strapped to his body.
