In 2012, there were 217 murders in the city of Baltimore, and one of those killings took place where I'm standing now, outside a shell gas station on Frankfurt Road in northeast Baltimore.

On November 17, 2012, 35-year-old Delma Barnes and 19-year-old Jule Lucas had an altercation

police were able to produce a still photo of the driver and a car that looked like that black Mazda.
