This story is a little bit different because the stalker is actually stalking the situation

more than the person. I don't think he was targeting her as a person in order to have some sort

of fantasy relationship like many of our other cases. From all perspective, Shunada basically

did everything right. Once she bought this house, she wasn't aware that her information would

become public. There was really nothing that Shunada could do in order to prevent this guy from

showing up and trying to claim her property. This is one of the dangers that any homeowner could

potentially face. It's quite possible that they drove around trying to find properties that

were vacant or went online did the same thing and then figured out who was someone that they

could intimidate or bully in order to get what they wanted. It was like an out-of-body experience

again because I just saw him coming up the front lock and I said, again off my property and I

didn't even have a chance to finish that sentence because I was like zero to a hundred at that point.

I was super mad and he just stepped right over me. He walked into the house and I literally

put my hand on the door knob and as I did that, I heard the deadbolt lock.

Shunada who was stalked by a man attempting to take control of her house. After purchasing her

first home, Shunada received creepy letters in the mail claiming her home was built on ancestral

lands and the author of the letters was claiming ownership. One day she stomped by her vacant house to

let a gas company worker inside and discovered her house had been broken into and the locks were

changed. She hired a locksmith and when they arrived at the house, she was confronted by the man

who had written the letters along with his accomplice. He was arrested and charged with burglary

and after he was released, he broke in again, prompting a standoff with the police department
