And so beautiful as you grow deeply

and you revisit parts of spiritual teachings,

ancient as they are, and they just have deeper meaning as you go deeper.

Like for example, when you go really deep, really deep doesn't mean where you go in meditation.

It's where you go with life. Meditation is practice to learn to center yourself sufficiently

to where you can merge yourself in life.

Until you can merge yourself in life, you're still separate.

You really have not achieved that much.

It doesn't matter where you can go and meditate.

It doesn't matter what experiences you've had.

You're still separate.

You still experience that as I experience my spirituality, how I'm doing.

It is when you and life become one.

There is no separation.

You're just in harmony and unity, a drop, drop back into the ocean.

This is true spiritual growth.

That's what Christ spoke about.

And he said, may they know the oneness,

have I've known the oneness in me.
