Meredith apologizes to George in the elevator and it’s pretty lame, but Derek recognizes he had hurt Addison and wins apologies.

Denny, Izzie, and Karev are in a love triangle. Izzie makes up her mind that she’s no longer with Karev, and the Denny love blossoms.
