Although that's good for a city. It was a little bit of a ralbuster

This is an assistant US attorney named Mark Chutko the US attorney in

Seattle when I told him I wanted to transfer to the Detroit office

He's told me that he wanted to get me a mental status exam

Upon coming here to Detroit, it was someone actually stunning to see the juxtaposition

There was quite a bit of corruption. It was what we call a target rich environment

So the the relationship with Mark began sort of by default

And this is an FBI agent named Bob Beckman

He was my guy and I was his guy and we began having meetings and getting together and became very close friends actually

Beckman and Chutko started working on corruption investigations together and at the time

Detroit just happened to have a new mayor
