Because by our silence, we are a part of the crime. We're condoning the crime.

Publicly, Coleman Young is asking Detroiters to turn in their friends and even their family members.

But when it comes to his friends and family, it turns out that the Mayor is a little more willing to look the other way.

If you're related to the right person, I guess you can do what you want to do.

You kill who you want to kill. You can get things done in a certain city, you know, because you got that type of power.
