Pulmonology is a huge part. I think it's like 10% of your exam.

It's also usually the part that I do the worst on. I'm not sure why. There isn't that much

information. It's not that difficult. I don't know if I just don't focus on it enough

but it tends to be my lowest score. Cardiology being one I do really well and again

maybe just be the way that I study the way that I look at things that I spend a

Obstructive just means something's in the way. It's obstructing the lungs, the passageways through the lungs are being blocked by something.
