Three staccato cries of Mayday and an eyewitness report of a mid-air explosion is about all that is known this morning of the British Columbia Air disaster which yesterday claimed 52 lives.

I said, well I just wonder what a plane crash and she said, oh I just saw it on the TV and everyone was killed.

My mum was on that plane.

It repelled, yet it attracted. There was an order which nobody mentioned which is similar to that of burning hair.

It's remarkable to me that a human being could decide to blow up a plane full of strangers. So many lives were impacted by this.

It carried 46 passengers and a crew of six. There were no survivors.

I really want to know what happened and it makes me extraordinarily angry but it's always been a big secret.

You look at the four leading suspects.

Gambler on plane insured for 125,000 jury told.

He had one or two murder charges against him and was acquitted. They knew what had happened but they didn't know why.

He appeared to be a fairly normal boy, quote unquote single, who didn't have many friends.

We were told nothing.

All right now we're going to do the second explosion.
