The word “believed” is used 84 times in the book of John, and the book’s whole purpose is that the people who read it would believe in Jesus. Emma Dotter is joined by Watermark’s teaching pastor, Timothy (TA) Ateek. TA shares how the entire claim of the book of John is found in John 1:14, that the Word (Jesus) became flesh, and dwelt (tabernacled) among us.
Additional Scripture used in this podcast:
John 1:1-5 mirrors Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God…”
Colossians 1:16 “All things were created by him and for him…”
Exodus 33:18-19, “Please show me your glory…”
