Ian, would you share just a little bit about who you are, how you came to know the Lord,

and then fast forward what's going on in your life today?

Sure, I'd love to.

Well, I grew up in a Christian home, parents or believers, very involved in church,

script or memory, things like that.

But I didn't quite understand what it looked like day to day to follow Jesus.

And so it took me getting out of my own in my early 20s where I kind of got to see what the

world had to offer, but still knew in the back of my mind, like I needed to be in the church.

So I was trying to do this one foot in, one foot out thing.

That's kind of where I came across Watermark because at the. So I was trying to do this one foot in, one foot out thing. That's kind of where

I came across Watermark because at the time, I was like, well, this is a big place. I can sit in the

back and check a box and not be noticed. But through a lot of messages and conviction there, this idea of

community and being plugged in with other believers, it took about four years for me to finally take that plunge.

But once I did, it was like, man, why didn't I not do this sooner?

And really see what it looked like to walk authentically with other believers.
