0:14.3	Hi, Emma. Thank you so much for having me. You asked me to share a little bit about myself. I am a watermark member since, I think, about 2010. They started attending in 2008. My husband, Jordan, is also a member here. We have a slew of children, the youngest of whom is about to be 11 months, which is a fun time.

0:52.4	For serving here at Watermark, I've worn a lot of hats over the years,
0:57.2	but currently my main area of service is with the Watermark CDC. I'm on the board with the
1:02.9	Watermark CDC and focusing on their business empowerment initiatives, occasionally also with
1:09.0	Watermark South Dallas's campus. For those who don't know what the CDC is, what is, what does that stand for?
1:16.6	And what do you all do?
1:18.6	Yes, that actually does have, there's a legal meaning to it.
1:20.6	It's Watermark CDC as Community Development Corporation.
1:24.6	The focus of the Watermark CDC is empowering folks that need opportunities
1:32.5	in areas of business, whether it's jobs, whether it's financial literacy and learning
1:39.4	how to save and then actually making purchases that they might not otherwise be able to if they
1:46.5	didn't have the support of the CDC and the resources that they have acquired through working
1:53.8	with the CDC in those programs. We also have opportunities for businesses, small businesses,
