Summary

0:23.1	joined here with Merrill Pollard. Hey y'all. Hey, Merrill. You've been on the podcast before. So we kind of
0:30.7	know a little bit about you and we'll link that episode in the description where you share your story.
0:36.7	So with that, we can go ahead and jump on in to Exodus 10 and 11 if you want to share with us,
0:42.7	what the Lord is laid on your heart.
0:44.5	Yeah.
0:45.2	So Exodus 10, it starts out by introducing the plague of locuses,
0:49.3	and then it goes on to introduce the ninth plague, the plague of darkness.
0:53.8	What stuck out to me about the plague of locuses was in verse 15.
0:59.0	It says, they covered the face of the whole land so that the land was darkened,
1:03.0	and they ate all the plants in the land and all the fruit of the trees that hail had left,
1:08.0	not a green thing remained.
1:10.0	This just points out that God is the only source of life
1:14.2	and the locuses clear out every source of life
1:16.9	because of the Egyptian sins.
1:20.5	So through God is the only way to get green things in life.
