editors, Nikki Krause.

Hi.

I'm pleased to be here, and it's an honor.

Nikki, I am so glad you're here.

I know that this is, you're usually behind the scenes. I mean, this is different for you.

I guess. This is outside the comfort zone. I'm glad you've taken this step of faith. Come on,

and would love to hear a little bit just about how you came to Watermark and what you're up to these days.

What did that look like for you? Well, my husband and I moved back to Dallas in June of

2021, so it's coming up on two years. We lived here from 2009 to 2012, and we originally came because

we have our son and his family here. But in 2012, my husband's job took us to Charleston, South Carolina. So I left with a broken heart. But with always the intention of coming back. So now he's getting ready to retire. So we moved back and just to be close to family.

And actually, I started joining the journey, reading with joining the journey back in 2009.

And I continued through the whole time that I was in Charleston.

So it's been a long time.
