0:26.9	are passionate about the ministry shift here at Watermark. Yes. And play a key role in that ministry.
0:33.4	And most people listening don't know what that is. Yes. What is shift?
0:39.2	Shift is hope for grieving kids and teens.
0:42.7	It is specific to a physical loss for kids.
0:48.9	And we incorporate art therapy and play therapy and provide a place for them to really process their
0:55.3	loss. And I think the key is that they are with other kids. And that peer support is a game
1:01.9	changer. What ages? Kender through 12th grade. Okay. So even up to high schoolers? Yes.
1:09.0	Wow. I didn't know that. Do y'all have a lot of teenage students that come, or is it mostly younger?
1:14.2	We, it's a range, but we have had high school kids.
1:18.3	And I would say it's been a great service to the community at large.
1:24.4	A lot of people who aren't connected at Watermark in any way have heard about it
1:28.9	through their school counselor or through another private counselor. And they've come. And with the
1:38.3	crafts, we call them projects for high school boys. Yeah. And they do actually do them.
